Welcome to AustraliaTours.au. Please review these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or booking any travel services. By using this website or making a booking, you agree to the terms indicated below.
1. Booking & Payment
You must book all trips and activities in advance using our website or other approved means. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due upon booking. Transactions go through secure third-party payment systems that support most credit and debit cards.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Depending on the tour operator and the product you choose, the cancellation criteria may differ. Unless the booking site says otherwise:
- If you cancel more than 48 hours before your flight, you may be able to get a full refund or reschedule.
- Cancellations within 48 hours may incur cancellation fees
- Usually, you can’t get your money back for no-shows or cancellations on the same day.
If the operator cancels a tour, usually because of bad weather, safety concerns, or not enough people signing up, you will be offered a refund or a different date.
3. Weather & Operational Conditions
The weather, the environment, or how things are going can all affect many tours. Tours may be changed, postponed, or cancelled for safety or logistical reasons. We will try to let customers affected know as soon as possible.
4. Health & Safety Requirements
All tour staff and operators’ directions must be followed by participants. You are responsible for ensuring you are healthy enough to do the activity you want. If you have any medical concerns, injuries, or are pregnant, you should tell the person who books you before you do so.
5. Liability
Customers can book tours through AustraliaTours.au, which connects them with independent tour companies. Even though we only work with trustworthy companies, there are always hazards involved in excursions. To the extent permitted by Australian law, we are not responsible for any loss, injury, delay, or damage arising from services provided by third-party operators.
6. Changes to Tours or Services
Tour operators may have to change itineraries, cars, departure times, or destinations if safety, weather, operational needs, or other factors beyond their control dictate it.
7. Children and Minors
Kids can go on many tours, but they must be with or under the supervision of an adult who is responsible. The operator may set age limits or safety rules for some activities.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use your personal information, also applies to your use of this website.
